- I - The Magician
- Shiki Ichimonji: "Regeneration" - A second year at Gekkoukan High. Miwa has ran into him and Itsuka several times. A rather foolish boy, but not without spirit and energy. Dating Itsuka, apparently. A member of SEES and a Persona-user who uses an Evoker.
- IV - The Emperor
- Kyo Enda: "Submission" - Miwa's boyfriend. Has a twin brother, Akatsuki. Miwa is head-over-heels in love with him. Has, as she's found, a bit of a temper; of late, she's been taking care not to upset him again. He was badly injured by Rena Kinukasa while attempting to rescue his brother. She's since promised him that she'll stay out of trouble. She will be attending college with him. A Persona-user.
- Akatsuki Enda: "Nonaction" - Kyo's twin brother, a handsome and charming young man. It seems their parents separated years ago which is why they don't live together anymore. He and Kyo seem to be on poor terms with one another. A member of SEES. She's found he has access to the private boards of the Darkside of Sumaru, although this seems to be a recent development for him. Rena Kinukasa kidnapped him to get at his brother; he was rescued. A Persona-user, like his brother.
- V - The Hierophant
- Shinjiro Aragaki: "Discipline" - A member of SEES and a street-smart Persona-user who uses an Evoker. He is very familiar with the Dark Hour. Has been helping Miwa learn how to better control the power of Persona. He has expressed his concern about what her friends (Naomi and Tohya) have gotten themselves into.
- VI - The Lovers
- Tohya Kidzuki: "Understanding" - Despite being a delinquent at the time, Miwa and she became good friends after being stuck and surviving in Mikage-cho together. She's learned about some of Tohya's past and as a result, has become closer to her. She's still worried about her being in KNOWS, but has faith that Tohya will leave if things get truly horrible for her. She's been asked to help Tohya by staying safe; for some reason, she's felt terribly guilty about this. Dona Kimura has cursed her, and Miwa is struggling to resolve this. Currently, Tohya is the only one who knows Miwa's biggest secret. She and Miwa will be attending college together. A Persona-user.
- XIV - Temperance
- Naomi Suzuno: "Harmony" - A third year at Seven Sisters. A transfer student, and the heiress of a wealthy foreign company CEO. Joined the Music Club. Miwa feels that Naomi is more like someone her own age; they've become fairly good friends. Apparently a member of KNOWS, much to Miwa's surprise; she's since learned why she's with the group, and has faith that Naomi will leave when the time comes. A Persona-user.
- Dona Kimura: "Discord" - A third year at Seven Sisters. A known witch/occultist. Miwa dislikes her and finds her exceedingly creepy; she also fears that Dona somehow has guessed at her secret. She learned Dona cursed Tohya. She confronted Dona, and while she'd promised to try to remove the curse, she also said something very unsettling. While it hasn't come to pass yet...
- XV - The Devil
- Itsuka Mizuhara: "Change" - A second year at Gekkoukan High. Miwa has run into her and Shiki several times. A nice, helpful young girl. The brains of her little group. A member of SEES, and a Persona-user who uses an Evoker. She and Miwa have become friends.
- XVI - The Tower
- Himeru Namikawa: "Self-Bondage" - A second year at Gekkoukan High. Miwa has run into here now and then several times, among which her first Tartarus expedition with SEES, as well as in Mikage-cho. A recent mission into the depths of Tartarus, though, led to Himeru attacking Miwa's friends; Miwa found out the rational for it, along with what drives Himeru. She doesn't know how to help guide Himeru, and can only express her sympathy and hopes for a better future, for the time being. She is also, Miwa has found, a regular on the private boards on Darkside of Sumaru. A Persona-user.
- Thora Kobayashi: "Misjudgment" - A second year at Yasogami High. Apparently at one point some sort of delinquent. Works part-time at a forge. She was apprehensive about her until Thora made a present of a new weapon to Itsuka in Miwa's presence. A Persona-user.
- XVII - The Star
- Hideo Aratami: "Worry" - A second year at Kasugayama High. Miwa and he have crossed paths several times, for better or worse. Has become a very different person after being possessed by his Shadow, and was transferred to Kasugayama from Sevens as a result; they haven't crossed paths since. He's become the much of the reason behind Miwa's resolve to protect Sumaru as a member of the Shinsengumi; she doesn't want something like that to happen again if she can help it.
