Son of a former officer, it's perhaps no surprise that Katsuya became a cop himself. His forthright nature and diligence have earned him the rank of sergeant in his years with the Sumaru Police Force... and also irritated his superiors. Formerly a liaison with the student organization SEES in Port Island, he's since been reassigned to the Inaba police force, to assist with their investigations into the bizarre serial murder cases. Much to his littler brother's dismay, however, the distance hasn't stopped him from attempting to meddle in Tatsuya's life. After all, his brother has his future to consider!
