Yuuka Chiba is a Gekkoukan High School student, just finishing her first year. A knowledgeable student, Yuuka has issues not knowing what exactly is going on around her. A native of the area, Yuuka is cheerfully exuberant - when you can get her to talk, that is. Oftentimes, she is far too concentrated on the book sitting in front of her, or, well, lost in her own day-dreams. Small for her age, Yuuka has a vitality and strength that make up for the porcelain doll look, quite willing to prove her point... whatever that is. Unfortunately, she still has a tendency to trip over her two left feet ... or to lose her glasses.... oops?

She also didn't help save him from his TV Shadow Fumiya self along with Chie, Aigis, Shiki, Thora, and Shirou. Maybe. He hasn't really hit on her in a month or so. Make her wonder if he's surprised at her ability to roll off him calling her babe and just enjoy his friendship. Who knows?

Happens to be Shiori's boyfriend.
