Profile And Skills

Profile: Yu Narukami is a young man with an outwardly quiet and withdrawn temperament. He is not shy, however, and is actually quite the charismatic social butterfly once he opens up to someone. He is also exceptionally talented at many things, and somewhat of a private person... often mistaken as being 'mysterious'... and this too tends to make him rather popular in social situations. A nineteen-year-old kid fresh out of Yasogami High who lives with his extended family in Yasoinaba, he currently attends Sumaru University as a Languages major. He is also an unofficial leader of the Kuzunoha Detective Agency due to his involvement with the ongoing Inaba murder case and his considerable talents. Yu possesses the rare ability known as Wild Card, which bestows upon him several gifts, not least of which is the potential to contain a veritable pantheon of Personas. Despite what this would suggest, his psyche is not fractured or fragmented--he's quite sane. Well, maybe a little nutty... but in a good way. Fool: Minako Arisato - SEES girl he's interacted with a few times and encountered 'his shadow' Kyrie with one time at Samegawa Flood Plain. He enjoys her company but they aren't close by any stretch of the imagination. Tohru Adachi - Fumbles. He eats dinner over at the Dojimas sometimes, he and Yu have had a few conversations. While they aren't exactly buddies, they aren't strangers either. Yu owes him a favor for rescuing a friend's clothes from Dojima's house apparently, also for not telling Dojima he skipped class that day. Their relationship isn't what it seems on the surface, however. Yu is not even aware of this though. Not yet. Magician: Yuzuriha Hatsumi - Sayori Kaizumi - Priestess: Masumi Hayashi - Yu and he are old friends from Yasogami High. Well, /she/ now apparently. Masumi has been a very feminine male for quite sometime now, but due to a recent operation - Masumi is now a very feminine female. The two of them went through the Mikage Cho incident together and, unbeknowst to Yu at the time, they also danced at a masquerade ball as well. She's fairly well informed on Yu and what he does. Yu is also, as of this time, fully aware of her transgenderness. Shiori Hbiki - Met her during the Mikage-cho incident, briefly, and also carried her to safety when she passed out. Yukiko Amagi - A friend of Chie's and a fellow student at Gekkoukan High, as well as Sumaru University. He, Yosuke, Chie, and Teddie helped rescue her from her TV dungeon. Beyond this they've interacted a few times. Not particularly close, but he likes her well enough. Empress: Emperor: Hierophant: Ryotaro Dojima - Yu's mother's brother. He is Yu's uncle and also currently the man whose house Yu lives in. He has serious rough spots, but considering it's all well-intentioned, Yu likes him quite a bit. He and Yu have, undoubtedly, interacted more than a few times... living in the same house and what not. Yu has also got in trouble with him at least once. Most likely still oblivious to Shadows, Demons, and forays into the TV... as far as Yu knows. Lovers: Megumi Mushikabe - Met Yu at 2XSlash Net Cafe under awkward circumstances (she caught him staring at the cover of an ero-novel he was translating, misunderstanding it as pornography). They eventually moved past this to have a pleasant conversation. Chariot: Aigis - SEES member he's met and interacted with before. (Yu's current player knows no more yet, sorry). Fumiya Watanabe - Met briefly, and got caught up in a literal duck chase which ended with Yu getting bitten. They are vaguely familiar. Chie Satonaka - Fellow student once at Gekkoukan High, and now Sumaru University. She's joined Yu, Yosuke, Teddie, and other KDA members on various forays into TVs and other similarly dangerous places. A very active and reliable member of the investigative team, and one of the most prone to take action whenever it's needed. Always puts her best foot forward, and sometimes upside somebodies head. Yoh Yamagatani - Showed up with Emi Dennou and Kaede Fujioka in tow at Aiya Diner on Yu's shift. The girls spent the entire night subtly catfighting over the guy while Yoh tried to eat and just generally avoid digging himself a grave. He and Yu didn't talk much, but what little they did seems indicative of a potential friendship. He's also a friend of Thora Kobayashi, another friend of Yu's. Justice: Nanako Dojima - Yu's 'little sister'. Technically, they are not brother and sister but you wouldn't believe it to be around them for five minutes. She's actually Ryotaro Dojima's daughter, which would make them cousins. Nanako refers to Yu her 'Big Bro', and he does his very best to watch out for her. There are very few things Yu would not do for this little girl. A brief disappearance by Yu and other persons when they were trapped in Mikage-Cho left Nanako more than a little insecure. She may have gotten over it by now however. Yu has given her a Jack Frost doll at some point. Katsuya Suou - A friend of Ryoutaro Dojima's whom Yu went to visit at the hospital in Sumaru with Michi Aomori. He ended up in the hosital due to being attacked by someone who's been targeting people belonging to Department Four. He and Yu had a pleasant conversation, primarily about work, and Yu left shortly after. (This was their first meeting, far as this player knows). Hermit: Fortune: Naoto Shirogane - Strength: Enoha Koinose: 'Big Sis'. She's over at the Dojima's from time to time and she and Yu are somewhat familiar. She has taken care of or aided various members of the household, especially Nanako, and has earned Yu's respect and trust due to this. Thora Kobayashi - A giant of a girl whom Yu helped saved from a TV Dungeon in one of his first excursions. He invited her to a karaoke party thereafter and they've been friendly since. Yoh Yamagatani apparently knows Yu because of her as well. Hanged: Chidori Yoshino - Met during a dark hour excursion. Yu persistently, and futilely, tried to reason with her. Michiru Fukase - Death: Shirou Sekigawa - Temperance: Emi Dennou - Met the girl at Aiya Diner, and possibly before that. She also works at the diner though on a different shift. She and Kaede Fujioka, who did everything but claw each other's eyes out over Yoh Yamagatani, gave Yu two very good reasons to fear women. Tower: Star: Moon: Akari Hoshi - Kaede Fujioka - Met her at Aiya Diner. She was there with Yoh Yamagatani on a questonable date. Apparently the two have a relationship. She had a barely subtle cat fight with Emi Dennou who also showed up, keen on offering Yoh 'multiplied pleasure'. She and Emi helpfully added another line to Yu's short list of reasons to fear women.
