| Mikage Kohama is a graduate of Sumaru University and currently works as a nurse at the Yumezaki Municipal Hospital as well as the privately-owned New World Order Hospital. Born to an impoverished mother, who died while the girls were young, she and her fraternal twin Mitsuki, spent four years at an orphanage before it was discovered that their biological father was actually a government official and higher up in the New World Order. After moving in with him, Mikage has spent a lot of her life doing everything she could to make him proud but has been met with cold indifference and this has made her resentful, especially of Mitsuki, whom she believes is the cause of this. She can be very talkative and outgoing but other times can seem to not care about anyone else, showing the same attitude of indiference that she was met with most of her life to those around her. She has characteristic long-dark hair and piercing golden eyes which make her physically stand out from those around her. After an accident a short time ago with resulted in a severely fractured arm, she also is seen a lot of times with a brace on her right arm.

| Mikage has an older sister, Mitsuki, who was born 5 minutes before her. They haven't seen each other in awhile and rarely talk as their relationship is strained due to Mikage harboring a great deal of jealousy and resentment.
Mikage was hit by a car in what should have been a fatal car accident for her. Miraculously, she survived with only minor breaks and a few lasting scars. However, she is not aware that the woman who was driving the car had an infant son who was killed in the impact.
She likely suffers from one form of a dissociative disorder but it has never been clinically diagnosed.
She is a registered nurse at a hospital built specifically for the NWO but also works part time at Yumezaki Municipal Hospital in Sumaru.
Her father, Daisuke Kohama, is a government official and because of this she has some influence to her name as well as being well taken care of. He is also a member of the NWO but it is kept secret whether or not he is a persona-user as well.

| Shortly before finishing college, Mikage was in what should have been a near fatal accident but during that time she awakened to her persona, Odile. Surviving with only a severely broken arm and cuts and scrapes on her, she later learned about the power that she possessed and was approached by Leo about a position within the Masquerade.
Gradually, Odile shifted into a shadow-possessed. The pressure of trying to impress her father on a daily basis and never receiving his approval combined with a strained relationship with her twin, left Mikage desperately alone and it's in the darkness that Odile thrived and began to shift. After finding out about the truth behind her mother's death shortly after becoming awakened, Odile moved completely to the dark side and Mikage became fully shadow-possessed.
Her shadow form, which she has not fully experienced yet, takes the form of a black winged woman with feathers and wings for arms and a black feathered outfit.
