This is a placeholder NPC page until I talk to Trish to find out if she wants to bother using a template, or just let people manage their own NPC information pages.
Ultimately, it will probably have things like a slightly longer description of the NPC, and most importantly, an activity log, so that staff (and other players) can see what an NPC has been used for, if anything. Hopefully, this will help to give people ideas about possible uses for them in the future, and keep them at least a little bit consistent.
