Social Links, Fool Through Fortune 0 - The Fool Tohru Adachi: "Impulsivity" - Katsuya's housemate and a fellow detective in Inaba. He agreed to live with him and Enoha for a time due to some problems with their landlord. They've ended up as partners temporarily at least once so far. He's Enoha's boyfriend. Katsuya finds Adachi's carelessness and sloppiness somewhat irritating. As it turns out, they were both born in Sumaru and started their careers there; there's some similarity there that Katsuya can't deny. He has admitted something to Adachi (while drunk) that he has told no one else. While he has the Potential, he's not a Persona-user. I - The Magician Sayori Kaizumi: "Willpower" - A young Persona-user and student at Yasogami. Katsuya met Sayori after encountering her Rumor Shadow; he's since been attempting to discover where the Shadow escaped after an encounter with it in the TV World. II - The Priestess Aki: "Duality" - Once a manifestation of a part of the mind of Maki Sonomura, Aki has since become a real human, due to Maki herself making sudden use of the DVA to rewrite reality. Claiming responsibility for the girl, Katsuya has taken it upon himself to help Aki both acclimate to becoming a human and to ensure that she grows up well. He fully intends for her to go to school. Kiyomi Ninomae: "Respect" - A blind woman with the power of Persona. Katsuya asked for her assistance on a case he'd been working on in private, and in doing so, managed to lead her right into Mikage-cho. While they both escaped, he later formally apologized to her for the incident. Her Persona has a special power, it'd seem, and although he's reluctant to endanger a blind woman, she's indicated that she would like to assist him. He invited her along on Tanabata. After he was put on leave following a shooting, she paid him a visit, wherein he ended up admitting something that'd been weighing on his mind and she gave him some advice. She's the one who alerted him to the presence of demons in Sumaru. V - The Hierophant Ryotaro Dojima: "Perseverance" - An older and more experienced detective at the Inaba Police Department. Adachi's partner. Katsuya has a good deal of respect for him and his position, but worries about him coming to hard. Went on an expedition into the Inaba Mines that could have proven fatal; since then, he's been in the know concerning the supernatural. He's provided as much information as he can manage to Dojima. Shinjiro Aragaki: "Discipline" - TBA I SWEAR VIII - Justice Noriko Ishibashi: "Realism" - A detective and co-worker. She may have a Persona, but when Katsuya broached the subject, she didn't seem to know what he was talking about. Opting to play it safe, he dropped the subject. Nagisa had asked him to ask her about her brother; all he's learned is that the two are estranged. She has witnessed one of his greatest embarrassments. X - The Wheel of Fortune Ryouko Kiribayashi: "Honor" - A young woman whose relatives are trying to kill her. Having obtained some evidence thanks to an assassination attempt, he was able to have her uncle successfully charged and arrested, though not her aunt. He is unaware that she possesses a Persona, or that she's one and the same as the mysterious Kaitou Hatto who visited him at home to deliver a case of stolen diamonds. Social Links, Strength Through Judgement XI - Strength Enoha Koinose: "Reunion" - Katsuya's housemate, and a former classmate from his high school years. She's dating Adachi. Her determination and cheerfulness have been something he came to admire about her. They're also the reason he ended up developing feelings for her. She once tried to intervene in his troubled relationship with his brother; he was not happy with her when she confessed but did forgive her for it in the end. Recently, she's been in a good mood thanks to the return of her brother from America. She is a Persona-user. Jason R. Butler: "Opposites" - A private investigator and business-owner, working alongside the Inaba PD. He's Leigh Anne's ex. While he and Katsuya are about as different as can be, they generally get along socially and have become friends. They don't always agree on things, though. They worked together on a missing persons case in Lunarvale; the girl in question was rescued successfully, although there are still unsettled matters. He got in a fist-fight with Jason after he explained to him he'd accidentally exposed Leigh Anne to the supernatural; this was interrupted rather violently. He assisted Jason with the case of Kasumi Horie. He in turn has asked Jason for his assistance in regards to the criminal underbelly of Sumaru. He is a Persona-user. Masahiko Irie: "Joining Forces" - A young man who asked for Katsuya's assistance with Ryouko. They ended up fending off some would-be assassins of the girl. Katsuya had guessed and had it confirmed that Masahiko was with a Yakuza family, although it seems that the boy's not a formal member as such quite yet. He's promised to Katsuya that he'll see the truth of who runs Sumaru City. To date, he'd invited the detective along on a drug lab raid he was attempting personally, wherein Katsuya learned some very troubling things. He's asked Katsuya to investigate Daisuke Itami. Currently one of those heading up the group called 'Kagutsuchi'. XII - The Hanged Man Rui Onishi: "Mystery" - A woman who Katsuya was asked to investigate, concerning her ties to Daisuke Itami, and also concerning her father, the infamous Shinichi Onishi. She became aware of the fact that he was tailing her, and, tracking down his identity, came to confront him at the Inaba Department. It just so happened that she also managed to leave a lasting mark on his reputation while doing so. Interviewing her came to little; Katsuya has decided to take a different tack on this case. XIV - Temperance Naomi Suzuno: "Inescapable" - A good friend of Tatsuya's. Their first meeting was under rather extreme circumstances. She later tracked him down to ask him some questions about his little brother's past; concerned by what she related to him, he explained what he knew, asking her to please watch over his brother for him. He's personally of the opinion that her feelings for his brother go deeper than just friendship, but this might be wishful thinking on Katsuya's part. A Persona-user. XV - The Devil Daisuke Itami: "Tension" - The other man who leads Kagutsuchi and a private investigator/information broker. Apparently has ties to the Yakuza. Introduced to him by Enoha, Katsuya is aware that she has received assistance from the information broker. Has a Persona and an incredibly annoying resonance. Apparently a troublesome person. Asked Katsuya to give Nagisa baking lessons. Apparently also investigating Shinichi Onishi; he and Katsuya have agreed to share some information about the man. Leigh Anne O'Hara: "Bewilderment" - The new medical examiner at the Inaba Police Department, here to assist with the serial murders. She has a history with Jason. She quite easily knocks Katsuya out of his comfort zone. Dangerous around coffee machines. Has been unintentionally exposed to the supernatural. She has led Katsuya to believe he did something quite untoward to her while he was drunk. She did him a favor once by confirming for his superiors that he'd healed from his injury properly. XVI - The Tower Mai Namikawa: "Good Will" - A young woman and member of SEES Katsuya's had reason to encounter on a few occasions. She's given him the impression of a capable, if a touch cold, young woman. He witnessed her disappearance into the Abyss. More recently, they had a conversation that revealed to him that she's grappling with some serious issues for someone of her age. She's provided him with much useful information regarding current events, though he can't help but feel her personal theories are somewhat outlandish. XVII - The Star Kasumi Horie: "Letting Go" - A teenage girl residing in Port Island. Although he was tangentially aware of her prior, thanks to reports of her TV Dungeon and fighting alongside her on one occasion, he only formally met her when she approached Jason (he'd agreed to assist because he felt he owed the man) to hire him. He and Jason investigated her and her family at her request to find the truth, but the only truth they had been able to unearth was a sad one. Nevertheless, they may have been able to change the damaged relationship between her and her father. A Persona-user. XVIII - The Moon Yoko Nakashima: "Enlightenment" - AND ANOTHER TBA XIX - The Sun Alexander Blair: "Experience" - An American actor, shadowing the Inaba police department as research for an upcoming movie. Katsuya discovered he possessed a Persona and warned him about some of the dangers that lurk in wait for the unwary. Possess a trio of adorable nieces; Katsuya has met one of them. He's suggested handing out movies to demons to change their outlook on life; Katusya's... willing to give that a shot?! He's also recommended the man for Department 4... Shion Katsuragi: "Discipline" - Katsuya's partner in Inaba; he gets along with her quite well. He learned about the secret of the TV World from her. Oddly, it seems as if their lives have nearly crossed paths before he was assigned to Inaba; they attended the same university and both worked, although in different precincts, as members of Sumaru's police force. He still feels she has an advantage over him as a native of Inaba. She possesses the power of Persona. Tatsuya Suou: "Immaturity" - Katsuya's wayward younger brother. He worries about how Tatsuya is doing quite often, and wishes he would apply himself more and stop acting like a delinquent so much. He has a Persona, and has gotten into very dangerous situations with it, although Katsuya's come to accept that at least he has that to protect himself with. An incident where his brother ran away from him has made him wonder if something hasn't gone horribly wrong with their relationship, and what he can do about it. Katsuya's been trying to mend things between them, but there hasn't been any change yet. He got involved, accidentally, in a shooting incident; thankfully he was unharmed (although Katsuya wasn't). He has been more recently made aware that his brother has something to do with the Joker, and that his brother's recklessness might have resulted in the demons that now infest Sumaru. XX - Judgement Nagisa Renge: "Silence" - A young woman who Katsuya had been giving baking lessons, and who he had learned was dying. Though she may have saved his life in the fight against Pandora, he was never able to thank her properly; she had passed away from her illness before he could contact her.
