Raised by parents without names, in a school that was never built, heir apparent to a dishonored shinobi clan that doesn't exist, Mikiya Ryouhara is a capricious man accustomed to being in the shadows of powers greater than himself. He is a lone agent, working for a dark comprisal of government powers loyal to the New World Order. His actions and his allegiances seldom match exactly, making it difficult to determine who, if anyone, the onmitsu feels loyalty to. Though often sanguine, his is a mentality on the razor's edge, uncontrollable but possessed of a chilling confidence. He seems to have no limitations on his behavior, arguably capable of doing truly anything. Such is a potentially self-destructive combination for those who would seek to be revolutionaries.
