Social Links, Fool Through Fortune
  • 0 - The Fool
    • Minako Arisato - They are SUPER BEST FRIEND SPACE PRINCESSES FROM THE DURP NEBULA! Now if Minako could just stop with the whole dying part, that would be awesome.
    • Tohru Adachi - At first Ran regarded him as a nice, cheerful (if Fumbly) adult, until a talk with Shinjiro revealed that Adachi had told him some things that Ran had asked him to keep in confidence. Now that she's aware of just how impenetrable his Fumbles mask is, Ran is a little wary of him. His efforts in Shinjiro's TV dungeon notwithstanding, she has little reason to trust him as much as she once did.
  • I - The Magician
    • Shiki Ichimonji - He once came to ask Ran for advice about 'how I shot first date?' He did great! Shiki also came to the TV world to rescue her and Shinjiro. The secrets he learned about his senpais were hard on him, but his determination to save them from themselves carried him through.
  • III - The Empress
    • Mitsuru Kirijo - Mitsuru has a lot of her shoulders and a lot on her mind. Ran is always willing to lend her an ear, and likes styling Mitsuru's gorgeous red hair. Mits has had the misfortune of landing in a couple of embarrassing, easily-misunderstood situations with Shinjiro; Ran's immediate and sensible solution was for 'everybody to just have a threesome, so everybody would be even'. (They turned her down.)
  • IV - The Emperor
    • Akatsuki Enda - Recently transferred to Gekkoukan after a stay in the US, Ran finds Akatsuki easy to talk to, but thinks he's a little weird for being so perfect.
    • Akihiko Sanada - Akihiko is easy to talk to, and once told her that he considers her a sister. Ran returns those feelings - Akihiko is the brother she never had.
  • V - The Hierophant
    • Shinjiro Aragaki - Although their relationship got off to a rocky start back in Ran's second year of high school, she was quickly won over by his charm and confidence. After the Incident on Shirakawa Boulevard, he disappeared; when Shinji started coming around again, Ran found that her feelings for him hadn't changed. After some recent 'help' from the TV World, they've managed to get past the stumbling blocks holding them back and are now going steady. There are a few people that Ran would die for; Shinji is the only person she would kill for.
  • X - The Wheel of Fortune
    • Takaya Sakaki - Ran hates Takaya. She hates him first of all because he's the leader of Strega and they want to end the world. She hates him second because he shoved her into a television and told Shinjiro that he'd go in too and finish her off of Shinji didn't follow her in instead of getting help. She also hates him because he shot her once. Oddly enough, it was Ran saying 'please' that caused Sakaki to give up information on a SEES mission.
Social Links, Strength Through Judgement
  • XI - Strength
    • Enoha Koinose - A mild-mannered and friendly bookstore clerk, Enoha shares a big-sister relation with Shinjiro. Ran is touched by her concern and admires Enoha's quiet strength.
  • XIV - Temperance
    • Naomi Suzuno - Naomi and Ran met at the Spencers' annual Christmas charity ball and hit it off rather well for people who only got to meet briefly. At first Ran's high regard for the heiress was mostly a by-product of Shinjiro's relationship with her, but there's just something about the two young women that seems very compatible. As much as Ran likes Naomi, though, nobody else seems to get Shinjiro into quite as much trouble!
  • XV - The Devil
    • Itsuka Mizuhara - Itsuka's dedication to Shinjiro quickly won Ran over, and her fondness for the girl has only increased since Itsuka came into the TV world not just to save him, but Ran as well. Itsuka has grown into a capable young woman and SEES squad captain. Ran couldn't be prouder.
  • XVI - The Tower
    • Thora Kobayashi - Thora came along to the TV world as part of both Ran and Shinjiro's rescue parties, and her unfaltering strength and survival instinct played a vital role in the rescue.
  • XVII - The Star
    • Hinata Itoh - Hinata is an endless source of enthusiasm and pride. Ran has always tried very hard to be a good influence on her and to be someone that Hinata can look up to. They're very close.
  • XIX - The Sun
    • Kyo Taimiev - He's a monster. He's a monster and Ran hates him as much as she needs his discretion in providing her the drugs that are preventing Ran from succumbing to pollution sickness. She feels as if Kyo is one of two people that can see directly to her core - and unlike Shinjiro, Kyo lasers in on her flaws, her addictions, and her secrets. At times, she would really like to be brave enough to murder him. She really does feel like it would make the world a better place.
    • Tatsuya Suou - Ran thinks Tatsuya is super cool. Strong and brave and devoted to his friends, she understands and is grateful for his friendship with Shinjiro. She knows that they can count on Tatsuya to help when things are at their worst. The younger Suou brother will stop at nothing to safeguard his precious people. Ran respects that.
  • X - Judgement
    • Kanon Itoh - Although Ran and Hinata only recently learned they have an elder sister due to Convoluted Reasons (thanks Mom), they think Kanon is super awesome cool and welcomed her into their home and lives. Kanon gave Ran her (first?!) tattoo, and now Ran wants to go back for more.
    • Nagisa Renge - Nagisa's sickly appearance didn't stop her from being a real terror with her knives. While the girl wasn't always outwardly hostile, it was her idea to chuck Ran and Shinji into a TV in the first place. Despite this, Ran regarded the younger girl warmly for indirectly saving Shinjiro's life and grieved for her when she died. The fact that Nagisa was 'reincarnated' as Rem Hoshii is a little confusing, but Ran is just glad that Nagisa has finally gotten the chance at the healthy life she should have had all along.
    • Yisa Taimiev - Yisa makes Ran intensely uncomfortable. Their first meeting involved Yisa threatening to castrate Shinjiro for some imagined slight against Mitsuru's honor; Ran was resigned to having to find a way to defend him/maim Yisa with a formal tea setting. Thankfully, the misunderstanding was quickly cleared up. These days, Ran's greatest concern is the woman's marriage to Kyo Taimiev (nee Enda).
